The Grand Prizes
The absolute top prize is one that fans of Paul Plakas will love. You get to take a friend with you to Paul's Canmore retreat centre for a weekend that includes a customized training session. Accommodation, meals and flights from anywhere in Canada are included in this prize package.
The next grand prize gives you a chance to go one on one with Fred Connors. yes would also like to know how well I did or didn't do.
Fitness Test
I was wondering the same thing? Do we have any idea what are average, below average and above average times?
Fitness Test
I was wondering, is there a grid for standards with the fitness test times?

I will recommend not to hold off until you get enough cash to buy goods! You should take the lowest-rate-loans.com or just short term loan and feel comfortable
fun
Prizes are a fun way to 'play' while we work hard at losing the weight. I think this is great and I hope I win something.
Really excited about this challenge!
I also have two friends who are helping to “coach” me in proper eating. I am going to a nutritionist but my friends are great moral support. Love them dearly for the help.
