I have just decided to join, in the last few months I lost a total of 57 lbs on my own but the last 2 weeks I completely got lost and caught up in drama and gained back 10lbs and stopped going to the gym. So today was a new start and I joined here to be accountable as well as ate well today and went to the gym for my work out.
Baby steps and I pray I get to my goal of another 60lbs gone.

I'm on week 20, and am 7 pounds away from my goal weight. I lost my focus for a few weeks but I'm back! I know I can do this 7 pounds, I just know it! That'll put me at 150, so maybe I'll join the challenge again!
Congrats to everyone who weighted in on Sat :) I hope you guys did great. I only have a couple weeks left and was just wondering if anyone was going to start the process over again? I haven't decided if I am yet, I met my x-weighted goal but I have another 10 to lose before I reach a personal goal. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have come this far without using the tools, especially the fitness clock.
Also I have to recommend "Yoga Meltdown" by Jillian Michaels. I bought it last weekend and I love it. I just started doing yoga a couple months ago, really basic stuff and this dvd has helped me step it up.
I love how you guys are able to motivate the people around you. It's wonderful! I have my mother wanting to start doing something about her weight, but she hasn't yet made the leap. She's been talking about it for a very long time though. Hopefully I can get her to follow through soon.
