Hi, I'm Rachel, I live an hour from London and I have 3 daughters aged 16, 14 and 5. I'm on week 6 but have only taken the challenge seriously in the last 2 weeks. I've got 42lb to loose to get down to a healthy BMI but I would like to eventually loose 60.
I really don't have the full time to do the challenge...we are going away for a sailing trip at the beginning of December so that leaves me with 14 weeks to lose 30 pounds. Do-able, but with serious focus required. Yah! Loving this!
Hi all,
just reading the comments about people reaching the end of their 26 week journey and reaching their target weights. Very inspirational to someone who is just starting their own weight loss journey today.
Lisaward~ Hi there, I always tell myself
"nothing TASTES as good as getting HEALTHY/FIT feels. :) That quote is a motivator for me when I am thinking about eating something that I know is not good for me. Good Luck!
I have lost 56 lbs and I have stalled I went to mexico a month ago and gained 10 lbs and since my return have lost exactly what I put on but have been unable to go anyfarther. I can't say I don't know why, my eating is not great and the frequency in which I do cardio has deffinately decreased. I have another 35lbs to get to my personal goal by the end of the year and I need to find some more focus. I know I'm the only one who can control it but I still feel frustrated!! Any suggestions?
Hi there everyone, nice to be here!
Since Feb 17th I have lost 57 lbs, and I am now looking to lose 30 more. Eating is not the issue for me as I have been seeing a natural path who has gotten me on track with eating. Exercise is the issue, and my mid section is a disaster. (from behind I dont look heavy) Any exercise tips you have for that and upper arms would be great. I am looking for exercise that I can do at home. Thank you very much!
Hi
I have just decided to join, in the last few months I lost a total of 57 lbs on my own but the last 2 weeks I completely got lost and caught up in drama and gained back 10lbs and stopped going to the gym. So today was a new start and I joined here to be accountable as well as ate well today and went to the gym for my work out.
Baby steps and I pray I get to my goal of another 60lbs gone.
Helen
Good luck on your second challenge! You can do this!
I'm on week 20, and am 7 pounds away from my goal weight. I lost my focus for a few weeks but I'm back! I know I can do this 7 pounds, I just know it! That'll put me at 150, so maybe I'll join the challenge again!
