I thought I was the only one with the "mirror" problem. I have lost 27 pounds and hit my goal weight but I still look in the mirror and still the bigger woman I was. I think this challenge is more mental than physical :)
Welcome to the site! Exercising while nursing is very difficult, you are right! I have to admit, I just didn't do it. I nursed but didn't exercise throughout. At least you're still burning calories while you nurse so that's a bonus. Congrats on the baby! My son is going to be eleven months next week!! It's crazy!
And, mumfig, I have the same problem. I'm in a size 10 right now, although I was literally squeezing into a 16. I don't see the changes in the mirror either. Other people tell me that they do, but all I see is my flaws. I was 186 pounds after the birth of my son (after all the weight that was going to naturally come off did), and I got down to 174. Then I stalled, and joined this website, and now I am 159 pounds! But, yes, I still see that 186 pound girl in the mirror. I don't know how to fix it!
I have been at this challenge from the beginning and even before (I started in November).. In total i have lost 47 pounds but for some reason i still see the same person looking back at me in the mirror...I know i am smaller as i am now wearing a size 9 instead of the 16's that i started out with..I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same struggle as myself?
Hi everybody,
I'm new in the blog! I'm in my first week (everything as a beginning) and as everyone I am so motivated! I’ve tried so many diet and exercise plan even if I’m only 28! But now I’ve decided that it’s time! This is my last sprint until my 30 years old!
I would not consider myself this big but I always had this little voice in my head telling me I’m too fat for doing this or wearing that!
I’m a newly mom of a little 5 months boy. It’s a bit challenging for me to exercise while nursing!
So it will really help me if you have some tips to help me :) for exercise or even good recipes.
Ok now let’s start don’t give up :)

So pleased you were able to join Last 10 pounds group. Great job!! I wish there were more postings by other members. I know the numbers dropped dramatically over the last few months. It is truly a shame. It has been the boost that I needed.
On-line help has been really beneficial for me and hope it is helping you too! Hopefully there will be more postings/participation as the last few weeks unfold. Cannot wait til the final weigh-in and fitness challenge. I am in the Halifax area.
Hope to continue to support each other in the weeks to come. Best wishes.
Where is everyone?? I check all the groups I am a part of on a regular basis and no one is posting anything at all. No comments, no complaints, nothing to say?? I cannot believe that all the participants have nothing to contribute. Come on people, it's Week 21, lets talk and share SOMETHING!!!!

Yeah, sadly it seems everyone has fizzled out a tad. It's really too bad.
